Bret is a pro who loves what he does, and he does it right. Call him right away, he is a magician for cleaning furniture. He also fit us in next day and solved the problem. Very pleased.

Booked service through their website. Received a call a few hours later asking to reschedule for a week later (less than ideal but I accepted the later date). Appointment day and time comes but they no-show. I call to ask what is going on and basically get an "Oops, but if you can wait around another 3.5 hours we should be able to show up." Thanks but no thanks.
