Great for general carpet cleaning NOT for pets. Got a move out clean with these guys and we have 2 dogs and a toddler and we only lived in our place for 10 months. Our carpet probably didn't smell the best but it wasn't bad. My brother in-law works for the property manager and even said whatever he did made the entire house smell worse. I called so we could find a way to make it right and he immediately said "lets be honest with each other, it smelled like the humane society in there."
