I am very disappointed in their service. They DO NOT vacuum the carpet. They simply squirt some liquid on a then go over the carpet with a buffer, grinding in all the dirt and pet hair. I stopped them when I saw the process and was promised a refund which I never received. I can’t believe all the high reviews are real!
