I asked Heavens Best to come in and clean my couch and 2 carpets after moving into my new apartment. Mark came to the apartment complex on time and was completed after a little over an hour. There were a few heavy stains on the back of the couch but he took them out like they were nothing! I was so happy with the end look. What a great and professional service! Wow! So impressed with his work and his presentation. All my spots out! And my carpet, sofa and chair look brand new. Took barely no time to dry and I have had many carpet cleaners in my years who have so saturated the carpet! No question in my mind, I will use Craig again! Very nice and competent young man.
