I had the same experience as another reviewer (dated 9/4/2011 medmind); took the rug to be appraised, then Azad suggested tea staining to bring back the natural patina of the rug. He asked for a credit card up front prior to the work being done. I declined to give that saying I would pay for the services upon completion. magic I had terrible carpet stains from my dogs. I even tried cleaning it myself, but the stains would come right back up. Heavens Best came out and did 4 rooms for a very great price. 2 months have pasted and the stains have not resurfaced. They do great work.
