Zach of Heaven’s Best cleaned our carpets. He was on time and ran an estimate for the job then explained the process. We also had him include one piece of furniture and an area rug. He was done in 2-1/2 hrs, instructing us on his next step and that the machine might be noisy. The carpet looks GREAT! We’ll be booking regular cleanings every six months. THANK YOU Heaven’s Best. Great job for the way the carpets were before!! I didn’t get the extra stain remover and the carpet came out way better than expected with just basic. Love it!!! Now to keep the pets off of the newly cleaned carpets!
