Very poor customer service on Steve’s part. My wife and I both talked to Steve this evening. Told us the minimum charge which was no problem at all. We have never hired any carpet cleaner before. Here are the text messages. Sounds like you should hire another company that cares about customer service! UPDATE AFTER OWNERS REPLY: How were we trying to get something free?
