Great Place :) Called Heaven's Best of Burbank on a Wednesday to see if I could get service the following Saturday. He they said they were pretty busy, but could come to our house between 3:30-5:30pm, if we didn't mind the late hour. It wasn't a problem for us and we appreciated their flexibility. The tech arrived promptly and worked for a solid two hours cleaning two master bedrooms, two area rugs, a sofa, a love-seat, an ottoman and then also cleaned our dinning room chairs. Great Company!!! Thank you Google! I was able to book an appointment the day after I called (same day was available but I wasn't quite ready!). The tech was right on time, super nice and very efficient. The price was very competitive and Heaven's Best were really good on the estimate - I paid exactly what they said I would. The key is to rough measure your space with a tape measure before you call. Your idea of a "small room" could be bigger than you think. The carpets look great and they dried fast (about 2 hours).
