I unfortunately did not have a good experience with Humberto. He arrived about 10 minutes late to the appointment, which already made the session feel rushed from the start. At the beginning, he asked if there were any areas I wanted to focus on, but during the massage those areas were mostly neglected. The pressure was also far too intense, and even after I asked multiple times for him to lighten up, the pressure remained uncomfortable. Update: They gave me a complimentary massage after the last crappy experience. So I gave them another shot, went to see Humberto, and it was an excellent massage. It was so good that I'm upgrading my 1 star rating to a 4. While I do hope they make sure not to treat any other customers like they treated me, I do appreciate the apology and the offer to give them another chance. Barbara is amazing! I had my first massage with her today and it was incredible. I’ve struggled with neck and shoulder tightness for a couple of years, and she was so informative—giving me helpful tips and tricks I can actually use. I already feel less stressed and can move so much better. I can’t wait for my next massage with her!
