I’ve had now many facials at heavenly touch and Hali is the best! She makes the experience so enjoyable I feel relaxed the entire time! Hali is very talented and I will continue going to her!!
I’ve been a couple times to Heavenly Touch Day Spa and have always had a pleasant experience. This last appointment with Humberto was horrible. I felt worse when I left the spa. His hands were rough, I felt like his fingernails were cutting me, and the massage was way too rough. Because of this and no response after letting them know, I will never go back to this spa.

I unfortunately did not have a good experience with Humberto. He arrived about 10 minutes late to the appointment, which already made the session feel rushed from the start. At the beginning, he asked if there were any areas I wanted to focus on, but during the massage those areas were mostly neglected. The pressure was also far too intense, and even after I asked multiple times for him to lighten up, the pressure remained uncomfortable.
