Barbara is amazing! I had my first massage with her today and it was incredible. I’ve struggled with neck and shoulder tightness for a couple of years, and she was so informative—giving me helpful tips and tricks I can actually use. I already feel less stressed and can move so much better. I can’t wait for my next massage with her!
After checking in, I literally sat there for 30 minutes. When I finally got up and asked the receptionists, who never acknowledged me sitting there for 30 minutes, if I needed to reschedule, they didn't even know if the person I scheduled the appointment with was in the building. I wasted almost an hour of my time on this horrendous "customer service". I don't normally write negative reviews, but the situation was not just frustrating, but ridiculous and hurtful. Hali is AMAZING! It was a prompt appointment. She was skillful and knowledgeable. The environment was clean and calm.
I loved my previous massage therapist, but it was always difficult to get scheduled due to very limited hours. The turn around time of trying to get an appointment at Heavenly Touch & being scheduled was less than 24 hours. I was very thankful for that. Barbara gave me an amazing massage. Additionally, she was very attentive and answered ALL the questions that I had. Will definitely be back!
