One of the worst purchase experiences I've ever had. Purchased remotely and was mislead on cost and features in my hot tub. They sent a contract that was foreign looking to me that I signed based on conversations with Mike in sales; but what I got did not match our conversations. They recommended I use their electrician, but didn't explain he was a contractor (his name is John Skovronsky I believe). Wound up with an extra $2,000 bill that was never quoted to me. RecommendedWe have used Heavenly Times for a few years now. We only have good things to say about this company. They manage all of our issues with our hot tub. They are reasonably priced and friendly staff to work with.

We've been working with these guys for maybe a decade and a few different tubs and their service is great. Recently had our pool table covered by possibly Jesse, regard less it was incredible all our friends loved it :) Well done.
Michael and the team at Heavenly have serviced our hot tub for three years and they do a wonderful job. We rent our home a fair amount so they are very much on top of the needs each week so the tub is always crystal clean for our family or our renters. They also have diligently addressed any repairs or issues with the tub system and programming. Excellent service across the board! Ted J.
