Cecelia did a shoddy job on my mother of the groom dress and then charged me $85 for it. When I tried to get a partial refund, I was unsuccessful. I had to go to another seamstress to have the shoulders taken up (again) and this time the job was perfect plus she only charged me $24. DO NOT GO TO CECELIA. If you have to have alterations, go to Polizzi's, a tailor right across the street from Amore's Bridal. She (they) is wonderful and reasonably priced!
