Disappointing experience for the price I booked the Eminence Contouring Body Treatment (50 min) for $240, which came to about $300 after taxes and fees. I was really looking forward to a relaxing and rejuvenating spa experience during my Maui trip, especially something that felt like a true body-contouring treatment. Please note I am commenting on the facilities, not the services, for which I purchased a day pass. The facilities did not match the description. The plunge pools were located in the middle of the hotel’s premier eating area. The sauna was a small standalone sauna with a glass door located in a public walkway. And the lounge chairs Included a view of the parking lot. The amenities were sorely lacking based on the description. I was sad. It was a waste of a vacation day.
