Went in to use the facilities, they said it was a sauna it was a red light therapy that you could not break a sweat in, said there was a complimentary champagne and I had to go outside in a wet bathing suit to ask for it, closed at 430 kicked us out at 4, hot tube.... more like Luke warm water. Big waste of $100 US
I booked a couples massage with $55 add on feet massage, I got my confirmation emailed to me and the price listed $245 plus$55 for the 15 min added foot massage, and I was ok with that price because it’s normal and what I usually pay for myself and my husband. The massage was OK, the lady spent a lot of time walking to the sink or to get more oil, I feel like that should have been kept closer to avoid all of the stops. Really great place for a massage! Very relaxing.
My partner surprised me with a massage at the Heavenly Spa and it was well worth it. I did the 50 min Deep Tissue massage with Karin and she was incredible. The whole experience is actually amazing. You check-in at the front (which is located on the M floor next to the Starbucks inside the Westin) and are greeted by staff that take you around the spa. Our spa experience was amazing on all levels. The facilities are pristine, clean, and filled with all sorts of amenities including showers, lockers, sauna, plunge pool, free snacks and drinks, and a relaxation deck while you wait between treatments or services. We really enjoyed the plunge pool and lounge. The massages and facials were top notch. Although pricey compared to other spas, it was worth every penny.
