Bought a gift certificate for my girlfriend to get a massage. She has back and hip issues so this meant a lot to her. She finally had the chance to get childcare and go in today. This place told her they can no longer honor the gift certificate because it expired. Just got off the phone with the department of consumer complaints and strongly encouraged me to file a complaint as it is highly illegal as of 2013 for a spa to impose an expiration date on a gift certificate.
