Cooked for us at a Men’s retreat, food was served by wonderful men very professional food tasted great
The "Meat" tasted like it came from a can, very bland and not very good! The Mac & Cheese was worst ever...hard covercooked & crunchy noodles with a dab of dried out Cheese sprinkled over (definitely not Wisconsin Cheddar & definitely not edible Wisconsin Mac & Cheese) The beans were, LGDF! Low Grade Dog Food, Do not recommend this catering service!!!🤮🤮🤮
The chicken was watery, probably canned. The macaroni was over cooked, under seasoned, and as far as I could tell, cheeseless. The potatoes were under cooked and greasy. What was done to the brisket was a damn shame. I would not recommend this caterer based on the meal provided at this function.
Doesn't even deserve a one star but no stars isn't an option. Worst catering and food I have ever seen. They arrived late and food was awful. The food was cold, the "smoked" chicken was plain canned chicken. What they called mac and cheese was plain noodles, which they stated they put 4-5 cups of cheese in but we are talking about 14-16 lbs of food. The worst food ever! The chicken had a horrible taste and smell. The macaroni and cheese was cheese less and cold. I could go on but it's not worth my time. The rating of "1" is way too high!
