What a wonderful experience. I went in and needing to find a bed for my mom and Jim was wonderful. I talked to him a few times on the phone before going in. He is very kind and knowledgable and doesn’t try to oversale you on things. Very honest. We need a new mattress for ourselves and will definitely buy one from him

This is a great, family owned small business to shop at! I wrote down the address of a competitor that I called before Heavenly and drove there 15 miles away. When I called asking to confirm the address the owner was kind enough to wait after their normal closing time so I could get there, which, considering I was replacing a waterbed mattress that had burst and really wanted to get it back together again was a minor emergency for me.
