What a Heavenly 90 minute respite I had this morning with the 30 minute InfraRed Sauna and 45 minute HaloTherapy treatment (the Hot & Salty Combo) in the Salt Therapy room. I purposely took no allergy medication prior, so I could experience the full effects of the treatment. Left feeling refreshed. no itchy, watery eyes and able to breathe more fully. Salt Therapy really works. I definitely felt some detoxification after my first treatment. Do something really nice for yourself and try this out!
Came with four others of my family. We are all suffering from respiratory issues. The room we were in had comfy lounge chairs relaxing music and wonderful low lighting. Felt some relief after our time there. I would definitely do it again.

I have a cold & bronchitis. After 2 treatments, both Halo & Infrared sauna; I feel all that tightness in my chest & head are gone. Halo therapy helps the congestion so much, the IR sauna kills what’s inside! If you haven’t tried this; you are missing out!
