Heavenly pools more like hellish poo. A mess
Had my pool done by Heavenly Pool. It looked real nice when they finished. But 6 months after they did pool the tiles started falling off. Called Mike Foster and said he would come fix never showed up. Waited another two months called sgain said he would come nevet did. Now I have a crack in the pool. Called him again and told him about the crack said he would come and never showed up. I paid hom 18000 dollars I am so disappointed in my treatment by this compsny.
We have had our pool for a year now. I waited until the warranty expired before writing this review. We were concerned with how a new pool would survive the texas freeze period. The pool performed great. I was extremely pleased with the build schedule and execution. It looks amazing and performs great.
