Excellent service at a reasonable rate. Went above and beyond repairing plumbing leak for an old part that was discontinued. They replaced all the pvc pipes and now nothing leaks. Very knowledgeable and professional.

NEVER shows on time if at all. Not a little late, hours late on several occasions. Poor job installing new liner - A few wrinkles in the newly installed liner (owner insists it is another issue so won't address), exposed liner under/side of stairs and filter, sharp pebble or stone under liner that surely will rip it eventually. This was my first year using Heavenly Pools and I was extremely happy I found them. Very responsive to all my questions and concerns and the pool sparkled all season!

Only place that could close my pool quickly. I should have waited. They were late, didn't have the equipment and chemicals needed. I'm just hoping for a mild winter, so my underground pipes won't freeze. They couldn't even set the filter to winter despite it being clearly marked. Complete amateur hour - do not understand why anybody can give these guys 5 stars.
