I was originally going there because it was so affordable, but then the staff was so sweet and compassionate. They made the whole process so easy. I will definitely be going back in the future.

I only gave it one star because I had to. Beware there are much better places to have your cremations done for cheaper. I paid a little over 575.00 for my dog to come back to me in what looks like a child built, almost like those cheap birdhouse kits they sell. I was not aware that the vets office switched to this company, if I had I would have taken my dog myself to Yadkin Valley Pet Funeral Services in Elkin or Pet Cremation Services in Kernersville. My mother’s cat passed away. I paid for paw prints, a lock of fur, and cremation. We received her back in a poorly made box that was screwed shut. Upon opening the box, the ashes were in an open bag. I myself have had two other cats cremated at two other locations, and my cats’ ashes were returned in more honorable urns. We did not receive the paw prints or the lock of fur. My Mom and I lost our little buddy Ace last night and were wanting to have him cremated. Thankfully, Heavenly Pets was open and worked with us to have him cremated, as well as provided us with some of his hair clippings. As much as we're hurting and brokenhearted, we're so at peace to have the ability to get his remains and honor him. Heavenly Pets is so caring, kind, and helpful to us during such a difficult time.
