Completely Negligent dog care facility I boarded my dog here and they neglected him during the weekend. My dog somehow left his kennel and was lost. When they found him, he had injured his two front legs so badly I had a $300 vet bill and the owner told me that she had nothing to responsibility in the matter because I didnt notify them that my dog could get out of the kennel. You have got to be stupid to take your pet to this establishment.

Heavenly Pet Resort is the best! I love Heavenly Pet Resort! My dachshunds love it too...they get happy and excited when we pull into the parking lot. How many dogs enjoy being boarded? They always come home calm and cheerful. I have boarded them many times and for as long as 3 weeks and never had anything but good experiences. They took really good care of my 15 year old dog and made sure he was comfortable and happy. The rates are reasonable too, which is an added plus.

Heavenly Pet Resort is very very good YES, this place is very good- so good my dog didn't want to leave after staying there for 3 weeks- but she did- the staff are caring- but my other dog didn't do as good----- she is older- maybe she missed us-

what heaven it is! being that this is next door to the w. covina pet hospital where i usually take my darling for her shots or grooming, i gave heavenly pet a chance when for boarding services. for what it is, the prices are reasonable also. most importantly, they make your pet feel at home. i would highly recommend them to anyone. i havent tried their other services though.

Happy dogs! Our dogs were alive and happy - we can't board our two dogs under the same roof as they are arch enemys and HPR did a great job of accomadating them both in separate kennels.

Very friendly, warm and caring staff. Took very good care of my dog. I wasnt worried about his welfare the entire time I was gone and for once that was a nice feeling. My dog seems to like it there, doesnt act like he is going to the vet. Reasonable prices. Nice location.

Very friendly, competent staff. They were referred to me by both my veterinarian and a good friend and I was pleased with their service and how my dogs were handled.
