Dr. Kiva helped us with our 17 year old family dog. She was extremely compassionate and caring. This was really hard on my family. The process was peaceful and in our own home. I can not begin to say how thankful I am for Michelle & Dr. Kara's kind words of comfort for me as I have recently lost my Sundance. We used Heavenly Paws last week & we are so incredibly grateful for Dr Kara's kindness, patience and gentleness as we put our sweet sugar beard to rest. It was beyond a heartbreaking process for us but Dr Kara's reassurance and grace made things a little more bearable. We are incredibly grateful our Bo was able to be comfortable and at home with us. Although we ultimately weren't able to use Heavenly Paws' services, I felt compelled to leave a review because of the compassion and kindness they showed our family during one of the hardest moments of our lives. From my very first message, Michelle was incredibly responsive, caring, and understanding as we prepared to say goodbye to our 18 year old dog, Oreo.
