Charged $40 for a bath and nail clipping. Hilariously high pricing for services offered. Services weren't explained before being rendered, we expected a trim to be done for this price. Groomer that was sent out to my location must be super new to his job, or just in a super hurry (He arrived 30 minutes late)- he overcut one of my dog's TRANSPARENT nails by half a quarter inch, then got scared and only cut a tiny bit off of the rest of her nails. Love the staff at Heavenly Paws!! They even call during the grooming to visit with me about conditions my 17 year old dog is showing and what they will do for her. Have never been unhappy after 8 years of grooming my 17 yr. old and 8 yr. old Schnauzers!

Horrible service with hateful people they hurt my babies eye and refuse to take responsibility...on top of that my 2 yr old could groom better than they do ...they lied and said my dog was known to have allergies, my dog has never had any allergy problems. The vet bill was not taken care of and apparently I'm not the only one who has experienced their rudness and horrible service! DO NOT TAKE YOUR FUR BABIES TO THIS PLACE!!

I really wish I had read the reviews before I taken my dogs to them. They were absolutely horrible. First, Keoni the receptionist, asked me rudely if I had an appointment. I told her kind of dumbfoundedly, that I wouldn't be there if I didn't have an appointment. I find her attitude and behavior very rude and unprofessional. The office there was a chaotic mess. I tried Heavenly Paws because I was unhappy with my previous groomer. I am very impressed. The prices are good and the grooming is very good. What I really like is that they take appointments. My other place just had me drop the dogs off in the morning and they stayed in cages all day until it was their time to be groomed. Heavenly Paws even has a room the doggies can play in until it's their turn! I love that and so do my dogs.

Best for the price. They always take real good care of my dog. They are friendly and always wanting to satisfy you. I have taken my dog to another place and paid twice as much as what they charge here, and you know, there isn't a difference and the work is done to perfection. Thanks Heavenly Paws.

Good Groomer This business does a great job of grooming my pet and is reasonably priced. It has a convenient location and you can make appointments. My dog seems to like the people.
