My home security system has not worked in weeks and the business provider was supposed to come fix the issues but keeps blowing me off and is now sending me bills for service that we agreed on would not be billed since my alarm has not worked correctly in almost 2 years. I am filing this claim because I don’t want this business to try and send me to a collection agency which will ruin my credit since they are at fault for not fixing my security system correctly. Wonderful company to do business with. Service technician was very professional and polite. Explained everything that I needed to know about my new system. Ted the owner is a very pleasant, customer service driven man. I can't say enough about how nice he is.

I recommend avoid dealing with this business. I tried to cancel my alarm monitoring services but have had a difficult time doing it. They currently want to charge me for one extra month of monitoring plus a $35 NSF fee for the electronic autopay sent to them by my bank that I had stopped because I was trying to cancel my services. I mistakenly did not cancel the autopay, which I had long ago set up to stay on top of my bills, soon enough. I do wish I had let the check go through and asked for a refund.
