Watching my amazing mother lose her independence has been extremely difficult, but Tyquanna Mangum at Heavenly Hands has been our guardian angel. She has helped my mom stay in her home with the NHTD waiver program. We are transitioning from PPL to the NHTD program. The process is overwhelming but Ty has supported us and guided us each step.
