Got an email to leave a review and provide feedback so I'll just be honest about my experience here. I booked an appointment on their website several days in advance for a 9:00 AM wash and blow dry. When I got there I waited about 15 minutes before being told by the front desk that they didn’t know where my stylist was. They called her and eventually got in touch—she said she had overslept and could arrive in another 10–15 minutes. 100% recommend!!! This was my first time ever getting a silk press and definitely won’t be my last. The experience was amazing Betina definitely did her thing she made me feel so comfortable and my hair turned out Amazing!
It was my daughter's first time getting her hair treated and braided by a professional. I am so glad her grandmother insisted she go. Ms. Tina was very kind and attentive.
