My mother had a burial insurance policy with this company for many years, she passed away yesterday and her wishes were to be taken to another funeral home. The owners/staff were very uncooperative in getting the family/funeral home any information regarding the policy. I was initially told that the owners were in the air headed out of town. These people are absolutely amazing! Within 24 hours after getting the call they had my father's body in Louisiana (from Kentucky). Mr. David Henderson worked with our family here in Indiana every step of the way. I cannot thank Heavenly Gates Funeral Home enough. They were gracious enough to have flowers for us since our family in Louisiana wasnt able to Thank you Mr David Henderson, your lovely hospitable wife and The Heavenly Gates Funeral Home staff for everything!!!
Miscommunication and Adam Wesley is money hungry. It's no reason you agree to help a grieving family, then turn around and demand all money a day before the viewing. This has put the family in a huge bind, this is not how you handle business whatsoever! Very unprofessional and disgusting.
The treatment given here by the staff was not what you’d want in a time of grieving. There was no privacy amongst the different families grieving their loved ones. Do not recommend!!!
