I called and they were gracious enough to work me in on a Friday late afternoon. They were prompt and changed out the broken spring. They did a good job, it was more than what I thought it would be, but overall I give them 5 stars from the nice gentleman on the phone to the two technicians that came.
I can’t say enough good things about this company. They have been great to me from initial quote through installation and a problem that I had later which had nothing to do with them. If you need a repair(I have used them for that), a new install(I have now used them for that, or just a consultation, please give them a call. I switched from a traditional door to a vertical lift. I am very happy. Give them the chance to win your business. No pressure from them at all. You will not be disappointed!!!
Colin was prompt (even early) and got right to work. The work was clearly explained to me as well as the price to expect. He finished the work quickly and made sure things were cleaned up after.
Excellent service, on time, very knowledgeable and honest for the repair. Will definitely use in the future.
