Was referred to this company to help me find a contractor that would help raise my manufactured home to FEMA standards. Was immediately told they don’t do manufactured homes and could not help me find someone who does or provide any help at all. If the owners of Heavenly read this, I’d respectfully work with your reps to show more interest in being helpful and the door is still open if you’re able to help me. I’ll even pay for consultant services. Updating review to 5 stars as the owner did reply.
I normally do not write reviews, however, felt that my review may be helpful for anyone considering a foundation/structural contractor in the Tampa Bay area. I have received estimates from all 3 foundation contractors in the Tampa area (Heavenly Foundations, LRE, and Baystar) and had a fairly extensive project completed by Heavenly. I booked an appointment after hearing great things about this company. Waiting the two weeks to get them out here and they sent me an email the morning of (they were supposed to be here at 10:00am) canceling due to rain (it’s not raining.) I didn’t receive a call or a text, just an email I happened to find when I opened my work emails. I was offered a possible appointment in another week. I have worked with Heavenly Foundations on not one but several occasions. They are very knowledgeable and helpful and always answer all my questions in detail. I have thoroughly enjoyed each and every time they have helped me and appreciate how they respect and value their customers. Definitely going to continue doing business with them!!
