We arrived 30 minutes early, the staff was busy with other customers, and unable to check us in or bother to greet us, it was no big deal. We had no concerns at this moment, as a sign stated to take a seat and staff will assist shortly. We were never greeted or checked in. Sat there for 30 minutes just waiting. It wasn't until another stylist approached us to informed us that our stylist was out sick and supposedly had made attempts to reach me to reschedule, but obviously was unsuccessful.
