I called LG to schedule a service repair. They assigned me Heavenly Cool. They called to schedule an appointment for today between 8am and Noon. They were a no show, did not call and did not answer the phone when I called. i called LG back and demanded another servicer. Do not accept this company as your servicer.
LG refrigerator 1 year and 6 months new stopped working. LG company contracts Heavenly Cool to repair. Technician takes more time on the trying to get payment arranged than fixing the problem, Does not check to make sure the refrigerator is working before leaving. Very poor customer service. if was not for a warranty service, I would never use them again. 1 star because I cannot give any lower rating.
Terrible in every metric. I have been without my dryer for over a month. Came to fix and didn't, came back with part and needed another part. Ordered through HC and they have been unresponsive and won't return my phone calls. Simply terrible.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. This is by far the WORST service I have ever had in my life. First the technician came out to our house and said we were putting the wrong soap in our washer - this is why it was shaking aggressively while in cycle. We switched our soap and it continued to happen. We took a video of it to show him and scheduled another appointment. He came and again denied anything was wrong until we showed him the video. Heavenly Cool is NOT ACCREDITED by the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU for good reasons! 18 days to fix a dryer coil that took less than 20 minutes to repair! Was it stupidity, fraud, or a stalling tactic in ordering the wrong repair parts?
No customer service never called back waited all day for service
Customer service is HORRIBLE! I've been dealing with this company for approximately 2wks (via 3rd party through a home warranty company) I am VERY frustrated. VERY UNRELIABLE!
