The only reason there is a star is because she actually does a good job cleaning, but this woman who owns Heavenly Cleaners I would say is not someone you'd really want in your house... you'll be overwhelmed to say the least! Her cleaning methods are not typical of what most people know, but it get's the job done... just don't leave your toothbrush in the bathroom when she comes to clean unless you want bleach, vinegar, grime, and mold all over it!
