Lost Order, Rude Employee – I have been ordering cakes for years from Heavenly Cheesecakes. Recently I ordered a birthday cake and upon arriving at the business to pick it up the lone male employee advised me that he had no order and that I was out of luck. Extremely Disappointed! I just would like to say that we have used Heavenly Cheesecake for many years with every function (Birthdays, Anniversarys etc.. ) and the cakes have been wonderful. Except today! I ordered a cake two weeks in advanced for my son's 10th birthday and I took in a picture of a professionally decorated cake I found on the internet. A mix of outstanding and bad service I hired Heavenly Cheesecakes to bake and set up my wedding cakes. The young lady who worked with me was outstanding. She made sure she understood everything that I wanted, and I had 100% confidence in her. When the day of the wedding came, she was feeling ill. She worked on the tiered cake, and it was gorgeous and perfect. But the sheet cakes I had purchased to go along with the tiered cake were handled by somebody else.
