I would not recommend their services. I was hounded for payment within just a couple of days of receiving the invoices. Several times staff did not show up for their shifts, and as my father lived alone and is a stroke survivor, that was beyond unacceptable. Some of the staff were good - hard working, friendly, and on time. Others, they sat in the living room playing on their phones. When I would visit (from afar) I would have to clean the apartment. Worst company ever. Owner came to my home dressed like she was going to a bar and not trying to convince me that her homecare business is the best. The workers are great but very over worked. We chose not to stay with them as it was always new staff coming in.
