After a no-touch craniosacral therapy appointment with Annette I immediately noticed an uplift in my mental health. I felt more positive, which has been hard for me to do with longtime depression. I also deal with persistent genital arousal disorder (PGAD) which can cause constant pain and discomfort throughout the body. Annette was able to remove these sensations from the whole bottom half of my body. I’m grateful for her.

Although the sessions (especially the first) can bring up energy from the past, keep going back! You’ll feel better every time. Also don't wait 2 weeks to come back after the first one if you're in a lot of pain.
