This is an update to the 5 stars I originally gave and I continue to give! Mike is so awesome. He works hard and always goes the extra mile. He takes the time to explain everything. Mike always provides us with options. We moved here from Austin a couple of years ago into a house with multiple units that was built in 1976. Mike has done so much to keep our units going and in good shape. One unit required replacing which wasn’t cheap, but replacing an HVAC never will be cheap. The new unit has been excellent! Ralph and Nathan did an awesome job adding a media filter to my existing unit along with the check up on the system before the cold months. I highly recommend them A+
