Kindness, fun, and encouragement are things this studio is FULL of. The classes are taught by great instructors and tailor it to your experience level. If you’re looking to improve and have fun this is the place! At first I was nervous to start classes, especially after having a baby. But the atmosphere is so accepting and safe. Best gym I have ever been to! Everyone is very friendly and the owner is amazing! You will learn way more going to classes then just putting up a pole at home.
