I am very unhappy with the service provided by this company. They took money upfront but did not live up to their part of the deal. They could not provide the care giver they said they would give me based on our agreement. They told me that I was allowed an hour without charge to train a new person they will send me and yet still charge me for it. We are not talking about big money in here. Its just their inability to see the customer's point of view.

We did provide a caregiver to *******************. I had a caregiver arranged for 2 hours a day 5 days a week. This is something that we normally do not do. I understood that she only needed 2 hours so she could go to church. She changed her mind to have someone for 2 days a week for 4 hours. I had to then find someone else. The caregiver she had for a short time quit. She continued to call the office and ask for someone to cover the 2 days.
