I ordered flowers for my daughter in love to be delivered on the day of her birthday but there was a delay and although they tried and could not deliver them to her that day. they went out of their way the next day to deliver to her home. Made her day and mine!!! Thank you!

Great customer service and BEAUTIFUL arrangements!! I ordered two very large arrangements, several tabletop bouquets, a bridal bouquet, and they did an absolutely lovely job with all of them! I had a florist call me, who was so sweet, and understood my exact vision, even over the phone. I emailed some reference photos and on the day of my wedding when my flower arrangements were delivered, they were perfect!!! Perfect colors and sizes for all. I highly recommend Heaven Scent Flowers for the design and delivery of any floral needs you might have at the Eagle Point VA National Cemetery. I called not exactly certain what I wanted to order for an ern service. After a phone conversation with Deb, I believe her name was, she asked important questions, got measurements and then assured me that she had some ideas and that it would be beautiful. It was so perfect! I'm very grateful to this shop for the beauty they added to that day.

I totally spaced on ordering flowers for the memorial service for our company, so I called the store at the last minute to get a delivery set up. Kristin was such a sweetheart, and even though it was Mother's Day weekend, she got us a delivery and promised they'd make the arrangements beautiful. They delivered right on time the next day, and the flowers were gorgeous! They were lifesavers!
