Vicky, the owner of this business, took it upon herself, without our consent to apply a polyurethane/wax to 2000 sq ft of our wood floors and ruined them. The coating they applied had dirt/debris and fibers in it. We cannot get our floors to look good without completely refinishing. Vicky sent her out floor guy to look at them, he provided a $12,000 estimate to remove her finish and redo. Vicky then tried to convince me to make a claim on my homeowners policy to pay for it.
