I ordered items over two weeks ago and still have yet to receive even a tracking number, despite receiving an email right after I placed the order saying I’d have that info 24-72 hours later. I’ve reached out to the store multiple times via email and both phone numbers. One simply rings and rings and the other goes right to a vm that is full.
