This was worse experience under a new ownership, I came and got a massage Saturday, it was the absolute worse, I paid 70 dollars for what supposed to be deep tissue, they are charging now for 80, the lady got it mixed up and gave me Swedish, so I told her I didn’t want that, so I complained about it, she told me to come in today and they were going to fix the mixup, I get there she wanted me to pay again. Please DONT come here they are overpriced, unprofessional and not skilled.
I tried to call several times to get a massage for me and my mom. No answer. I walked in and asked how do we make an appointment if it says to call to schedule online. She said they only do walk ins. Cool. I asked for 2 massages and they said they only had room for one. This system is flawed
Great experience overall! The attention to detail was impressive, and the customer service was excellent. We also really appreciated the flexibility with our schedule—it made everything much easier.
