Let me just say if it wasn’t for this agency I honestly don’t know what myself or my family would do. The agency has been there every step of the way during my grandmother’s care. All caregivers are always so loving and supportive. Mrs.Brown and the agency team members are always supportive when asked for any changes. She will come and visit her clients and even care for them on her own if we need her to. Every thing we ask for is done plus more. This is an agency who truly cares. Heaven on Earth has been the best caretaker agency I've used yet!! And I've been through a lot. My father is bed bound and incontinence. Every caretaker I've had has been very knowledgeable with my father's care. My father was just recently put into hospice care. Joniya has gone above and beyond to help me care for my father as he is declining and getting harder to move. Shevelle is also a great caregiver, very helpful and sweet.
