The massage was deep tissue as requested. However, my preferences and comfort were not fully accommodated—for example, despite requesting no scents, a hot towel with a strong fabric softener smell was applied, which was uncomfortable and required extra washing afterward. For these reasons, I would not personally return.
I filled out a form to book an appointment and I never received a response.
Barb worked out some serious knots in my back and provided much needed relaxation. Best massage I've had in Lake County 🙌🏻
