Walked in for a pedicure and was warmly greeted and assisted. Polish choices were good and pedicure were very good. Will definitely visit again!

So many problems in one sitting - never going back!! Went for a polish change on my nails - she cut me twice, bleeding non stop & then said it’s because my feet were dry that’s why she cut me, like ma’am we’re sitting on a pedicure chair with a tap right infront of you! If you knew they had to be slightly wet why wouldn’t you do that instead of making me bleed. For my hands - all the colours are completely wrong on the colour charts. Had a full set done. Staff was okay. Not friendly but not downright rude. I asked to have gems placed on my nails. At the end of the service she finished with cuticle oil. When I inquired about the requested gems she made an excuse that it was too late due to oil. Witnessed an argument between staff and another patron that was down right shocking. Too many places in Ann Arbor to deal with the drama at this salon. Will never return.

Last time I was here my technician made me feel bad about how terrible my calluses were that she convinced me to upgrade to the next higher package, then she complained about my flip flops leaving my feet discolored and said she would throw them away. Second time this summer the tub had another person's dirty foil and cotton balls, then technician spent 4 minutes on calluses and shaping nails.....4 minutes. Spent $80 but was told $70 on a pedicure then spent $20 on a tip. I was supposed to get a paraffin wax for free but did not receive it was charged extra. My toenails were improperly cut some polish is still left on my skin. When I went to ask why the paraffin wax wasn’t free she said it was because I didn’t show the picture but nobody explained that to me.
