Can't get through the automated system to an actual person. Have tried calling MULTIPLE times and their system won't read the numbers you either hit or say.
This is a fake business. We tried to find it it only takes you to apartments they don't answer their phone. It is a fake business SHAME ON THEM!! The only reason I put a star's because I had to rate couldn't get the half start to work they don't deserve any
Hung up 5 times. Never able to reach a person
Would NOT recommend this vet to a cockroach. Called several times and went through the ridiculous hoops on the phone answering math questions. Still never got connected to anyone. Got hung up on multiple times. Cannot locate the office that is supposed to be just down the road. This is the most unorganized and apparently unavailable Emergency vet I've ever encountered. Pathetic is what it is. I'm even more upset that I can't give them less than 1 star!
I tried calling several times and I was never able to talk to anyone. I answered the math question and put in my zip code but it hung up on me every time. If your pet needs care immediately, it's pretty infuriating to be unable to reach a human being. Don't call yourself an emergency vet if you're not going to answer the phone.
