What drew my attention when I was searching for a new gym, was the use of an app to monitor my workouts. The app has videos of the exercises and sections I can add notes and photos. Then you realize the gym is a lot more. You feel you’re part of a gym-family. It’s really helped me on my fitness journey. Also, the new venue is much nicer with more natural light and equipment. A+
Amazing gym! Staff are great, so helpful and friendly, great range of equipment for any style of training, real community vibes and it's really motivating, been training for years and have got all of my PB's at this gym! Highly recommend!

Crazy range of equipment, amazing layout and so inviting and welcoming. The atmosphere and community vibe is awesome. 100% recommend to anyone thinking of getting started at any gym. This is the place!
