It still seems like a dream. Made enquiry on the 6th of April online and by the 18th of April, a new boiler has been installed. Everyone from the caller on the phone, the person who came out to take pictures and measurements and to the two installers. They installers were excellent. The best. They were professionals and know their stuff. Thanks all round heatzen

Great experience from start to finish. Boiler engineer arrive on time and did the job efficiently. Would Highly recommend.
In October 2024 a Jack Bury came to my home to fit a new boiler. As this engineer caused considerable damage to my property due to his carelessness in drilling and hitting 2 lead pipes resulting in a flooded kitchen and water damage to walls, carpets and furnishings. I complained the following day and forwarded photo and video evidence to Ali who was very helpful regarding this matter.
