Shocking bad service Shocking bad service! Despite several emails asking them to sort out the Asbestos Removal from our house, after their Surveyor did not do a though enough job to see that the old boiler was surrounded in Asbestos, and the two plumbers that came and fitted the new boiler, and ripped out (quite literally) the old boiler, disturbing and breaking the Asbestos. We did not know there was asbestos there, and if they had done their research properly, they would have found it. I have been left with no alternative ... read more
Nice guy that came round , however after having the survey done in my house I was told that as I have a very old COMBI boiler (over 23 years old), I did NOT quality for a boiler grant as it's a COMBI boiler. They had asked me beforehand over the phone if it was a COMBI boiler and I had said, yes it is. So why is this information not given up-front so my time isn't wasted and nor is theirs? Advertising honestly and clearly would be helpful so we all know where we stand. Not recommending.
I am extremely happy with the excellent service provided by Heatzen. They installed our eco boiler, serviced all the radiators, and fitted thermostatic valves in our home. Thanks to their work, our rooms are warm and we now have reliable hot water throughout the house. It still seems like a dream. Made enquiry on the 6th of April online and by the 18th of April, a new boiler has been installed. Everyone from the caller on the phone, the person who came out to take pictures and measurements and to the two installers. They installers were excellent. The best. They were professionals and know their stuff. Thanks all round heatzen
