After being let down by local company I telephoned Heatworks on Wednesday 16th July to ask if I could get a quote to replace our old domestic water heater with a new combi boiler. I was given a same day appointment for Dean to quote for the required work. Dean arrived on time and discussed the various boilers they were able to fit and when I had made my choice was able to give me an immediate fixed quote which I accepted. Brilliant service from Heatworks today when I was let down by a different company. Arrived promptly, on time and completed the job thoroughly to a good, clean and tidy standard. Would recommend highly
Cannot fault our heating engineer we had today. Our decades old boiler (circa 1970s) had no signs of life. Inside of an hour he managed to have the whole thing apart, totally cleaned out years of debris (previous owners didn't service probably ever) and managed to identify the issue which he resolved without replacement parts, just a load of clearing out.
