I’m truly disappointed with my experience. I had to go back three different times because the hairstylist Raquel kept doing my hair wrong, even after I brought reference pictures each time. What made it more frustrating was that she kept taking photos of my hair afterward but never posted them and honestly, now I understand why. The final result was not good at all. I usually try to be understanding, but after multiple chances, I left unhappy with both the service and outcome. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.
So happy with my haircut every time! Doc is super attentive and precise, I highly recommend booking with him if you get a chance. The whole atmosphere at the salon and the other stylists are so welcoming too, it always feels good walking in.
I had the opportunity to have my first cut with Doc and he did an amazing job on my pixie, very professional.
Raquel is amazing! My daughter is young and has never had her hair dyed. She wanted black hair with chunky red strips. I didn't want just anyone doing her hair since it was a very drastic change. I saw that Heatwave had really good reviews and specialized in creative color so that is what I chose and I am so glad I did! So disappointed went back 3 times to get my hair done and was even going back to get pictures for my hair and was never posted. I now know why, so sad :(
