We paid over $400 last fall for Heatwave to close our brand new pool. This spring we had the pool company come back to open it. Heatwave didn’t flush out the brand new filters, filter tank, or drain the heater per their closing checklist. There were other minor issues, but due to them not doing the job we paid them to do, our brand new filters were moldy, mildew, and smelt absolutely terrible. We had to purchase new filters. Heatwave pool did an amazing job, they are very friendly and good at their job. We really appreciate them!
With my approval and schedule, Heatwave flew a drone over my house to take photos of our pool that they installed. The process was simple and easy. The crew even did the work to get the pool area looking great such as moving furniture and opening umbrellas. They sent me the photos which turned out beautiful. We enjoy our Heatwave pool and appreciate the drone work.
